Konger CMS Artificial‑Flower Three‑Color Mixing IMM
Equipped with three independently plasticizing barrels, the machine precisely controls the proportion, injection timing and flow rate of three color materials. The molten materials blend gently inside the dedicated color-mixing nozzle, delivering natural three-color halo blending and transition effects. Each finished product features unique texture and superior simulation performance far beyond ordinary two-color artificial flower products.
No customized three-color molds are required. Existing single-color artificial flower molds can be put into production after simple commissioning, eliminating high costs for three-color mold development. Product replacement and parameter debugging are efficient and convenient.
Optimized with professional length-diameter ratio and compression ratio for PP and PE flower materials, the three sets of screws effectively solve common defects such as poor pigment dispersion, color agglomeration, color difference and flow lines. It ensures stable and consistent three-color mixing effects during mass continuous production.
The machine supports flexible switching between single-color, two-color mixing and three-color mixing production modes. One piece of equipment covers diversified product orders, avoiding equipment idle time and significantly improving return on investment.
Adopting three independent servo power units with closed-loop pressure and flow control, the system features ultra-sensitive response. Compared with traditional fixed-pump machines, it reduces energy consumption by 25-35% and shortens molding cycles, perfectly adapting to long-term non-stop mass production.
Three injection units adopt independent temperature zone control with no mutual interference during cleaning and material replacement. It greatly shortens color switching time and enables rapid production conversion between different color matching schemes.
The upgraded thickened tie bars deliver excellent fatigue resistance and wear resistance, supporting long-term operation under high-frequency mold opening and closing cycles.
Multi-speed mold movement control is adopted, featuring low-speed mold startup, high-speed stroke operation and low-speed buffer deceleration at the end position. It effectively protects precision petal cavities and avoids surface scratches.
Equipped with an independent high-thrust ejection cylinder, the machine supports multi-stage ejection and vibration ejection functions. It ensures smooth demolding of thin-wall petals without mold sticking or product deformation.
Fitted with a fully automatic centralized lubrication system, the equipment regularly supplies quantitative oil to maintain toggle components, reducing wear failures and extending the overall service life of the machine.
The machine adopts three sets of fully independent parallel injection units. Each injection unit works independently without mutual interference, enabling separate control of plasticization, back pressure and injection timing to precisely match the CMS three-color mixing molding logic.
The barrels and screws are made of high-wear-resistant nitrided alloy steel with enhanced surface treatment, specially optimized for processing pigmented materials and recycled materials.
Each injection unit is equipped with a high-precision linear transducer. With adjustable six-stage injection and multi-stage holding pressure, the machine achieves ultra-precise micro-injection control. It is perfectly suited for small-weight thin-wall artificial flower parts, effectively eliminating short shots, flashes and color deviation.
As the core component, the dedicated CMS three-color mixing nozzle adopts a controllable turbulence cavity structure, which allows three streams of molten material to blend gently and creates smooth and natural three-color gradient effects.
Three independent temperature zones are configured for separate barrel heating. The temperatures of the three raw materials do not interfere with one another, ensuring stable plasticization of common flower materials such as PP and PE.
The injection timing of the three units can be freely programmed to realize simultaneous injection or delayed sequential injection, flexibly producing artificial flower products with diverse halo blending and color transition effects.
The whole machine is equipped with three independent servo closed‑loop hydraulic drive systems. Real‑time dual‑closed‑loop regulation of pressure and flow delivers fast hydraulic response as well as stable and accurate pressure output.
With optimized integrated hydraulic circuit layout, pipeline loss is reduced and oil temperature rises slowly during continuous production. The three independent injection oil‑circuits allow separate parameter setting for injection pressure, speed and delay of Channel A/B/C, achieving precise proportioning and timing control for three‑color materials.
Multiple built‑in hydraulic overload and overflow protection functions prevent molds, nozzles and mechanical components from damage caused by instantaneous high pressure.
Low‑noise hydraulic components are adopted to keep operating noise low during long‑term workshop production.
Hydraulic spare‑parts feature high universality, bringing great convenience for later‑stage maintenance, repair and spare‑part procurement.
Equipped with a high-speed processor, the machine delivers fast program scanning speed and precisely controls the complex three-color mixing injection timing of three injection units. It achieves accurate logical control over synchronous and delayed injection actions for three material streams.
With 16-bit high-precision signal acquisition, the electronic rulers and pressure sensors provide sensitive feedback, ensuring high positioning accuracy for mold clamping and injection movements.
Multi-loop independent PID temperature control keeps the temperature of three barrels stable and controllable, preventing color distortion of color materials under high temperature and ensuring consistent three-color molding effects.
Featuring a large clear touch-screen HMI with an intuitive interface, the machine allows easy and quick parameter debugging for operators.
It supports mass storage of molding formulas for single-color, two-color and three-color artificial flower products. One-click parameter recall greatly saves time for product switching and mold adjustment.
