Optimized specially‑tailored for thin‑wall products such as artificial flowers, plastic petals and leaves. Fully considering the molding characteristics of PE raw materials for artificial flowers, key components including the power unit, injection screw and hopper have been upgraded in a targeted manner.

This machine supports both single‑color and two‑color molding of artificial flowers. It solves long‑standing industry pain‑points for thin‑wall petals and leaves, such as difficult cavity filling, flash/burr defects and incomplete grain patterns.

Featuring short cycle time, high simulation fidelity of finished parts and stable mass‑production performance, it greatly reduces the defect rate of artificial‑flower products. It is the preferred injection‑molding machine for large‑scale production in artificial‑plant factories.

Adopting an optimized high-strength clamping structure, the machine features enhanced overall rigidity and evenly distributed clamping force.

The force-bearing design is specifically optimized for multi-cavity molds for artificial flower petals and leaves. It operates stably under high-speed and frequent mold opening and closing cycles, effectively preventing mold expansion and material overflow of thin-wall molds and reducing burrs on finished petals.

The equipment delivers minimal deformation during long-term non-stop cyclic production with outstanding durability. It is compatible with various specifications of artificial flower molds and supports convenient mold replacement and debugging.

Equipped with a custom dedicated injection screw and barrel assembly, the machine adopts a specially optimized length-to-diameter ratio for artificial flower materials, which significantly improves the plasticizing effect of PE materials and ensures uniform and stable melting quality.

It provides a wider adjustable range of injection pressure and injection speed, fully meeting the rapid filling requirements for ultra-thin petal products.

With the optimized hopper structure, the equipment effectively solves bridging and material blockage problems of poorly fluid plastic raw materials. It maintains continuous and smooth feeding, ensuring full cavity filling and clear texture for every molded flower and leaf, and greatly reduces defects such as shrinkage and material shortage.

Adopting a newly optimized energy-saving hydraulic power system, the machine delivers rapid power response and highly coordinated and smooth operational movements.

It features sensitive and precise switching of pressure and flow rate, perfectly matching the short-cycle molding process for artificial flower products.

The system maintains controllable temperature rise during long-term continuous production with lower hydraulic energy consumption. With smooth transition between high and low pressure and stable pressure holding performance, it ensures consistent product quality across all cavities of multi-cavity molds and minimizes thickness deviation.

Built with large-capacity process storage, it can save molding parameters for multiple sets of flower and leaf molds for one-click recall and reuse.
