On-site Record of Customer Test Molding for Ningbo Konger K-TEC170 1-out-16 Water Bottle Cap

Test molding is a critical link to verify the performance of molds and equipment and bridge the gap to mass production. To ensure the Ningbo Konger K-TEC170 1-out-16 water bottle cap mold meets the customer’s requirements, our team collaborated with the customer to conduct a special test molding session in their production workshop, adhering to the principles of rigor and efficiency throughout to ensure the smooth progress of the test.

Prior to the test molding, our technical team arrived on-site in advance, communicated with the customer’s person-in-charge to clarify core objectives, and comprehensively inspected the integrity of mold components and the unobstructedness of cooling air circuits. Meanwhile, we adjusted the process parameters of the K-TEC170 injection molding machine and dried the production raw materials to simulate the actual mass production scenario to the greatest extent, laying a solid foundation for the test.

Following thorough preparations, the test molding officially commenced. The K-TEC170 injection molding machine operated stably: raw materials were precisely heated and injected into the mold cavity, with 16 bottle caps demolded simultaneously. The mold opened and closed smoothly, the ejection mechanism responded sensitively, and the molding cycle was well-controlled. Our technical personnel gradually optimized the process parameters to resolve the initial minor uneven filling issue before switching to automatic mode for continuous and stable test molding.

After each batch of products was produced, quality inspection personnel from both parties conducted comprehensive inspections on appearance, dimensions, and structure in strict accordance with standards. The inspections confirmed that the bottle caps were defect-free, dimensionally consistent, and excellent in sealing performance. After continuous test molding, the product qualification rate remained stable at over 99%, fully verifying the performance of the mold and equipment, which was highly recognized by the customer’s person-in-charge.

Upon completion of the test molding, our team organized and refined the test data and report, answered the customer’s inquiries, provided mass production optimization suggestions, and committed to continuous technical support.
