  • 5-point Double Toggle + Vertical Mold Clamping Structure
  • The mold clamping force acts vertically on the mold. The template, optimized by finite element analysis, has sufficient rigidity and uniform internal stress distribution, without deformation under high speed and high pressure, suitable for two-color multi-cavity molds. Vertical mold opening and closing, combined with fixed lower mold and movable upper mold, makes insert placement more convenient without additional conveying devices.
