This video presents the actual full injection molding production process of new energy charging pile housings and auto parts. Mass production is steadily completed by the K-TEC400 injection molding machine independently developed and manufactured by Ningbo Konger Machinery Co., Ltd. Equipped with a customized high-precision single-cavity mold, it produces premium charging pile housings widely applied in supporting sectors of new energy vehicles.
PC+ABS alloy material is adopted for molding the charging pile housings. Combining the core merits of two materials, it features high strength, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, weather resistance and stable dimensions. The finished housings are waterproof, dustproof, anti-aging and deformation-resistant, adaptable to harsh outdoor environments and capable of ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of charging piles, serving as an optimal engineering material for new energy auto shell components.
Tailored for the molding properties of PC+ABS alloy, the high-performance Konger K-TEC400 injection molding machine is fitted with an accurate temperature control system, high-precision injection control system and stable hydraulic configuration. It precisely regulates injection pressure, speed and holding pressure parameters to achieve even melt plasticization and full filling, effectively minimizing molding defects such as shrinkage, burrs, air bubbles and internal stress.
Matched with the dedicated single-cavity mold for charging pile housings, the products boast smooth surface, regular integral structure and tightly controlled dimensional tolerance with high consistency, fully complying with stringent quality requirements of the new energy auto industry.
