It is highly suitable for molding plastic accessories such as flower trays, petals, leaves, flower stems and other artificial plant components.
This machine is equipped with an industry-customized screw and an optimized hydraulic response system, making it ideal for high-speed production with high-cavity molds such as 20-cavity flower tray molds. The plasticizing unit is optimized for PE and PP recycled materials, effectively solving common molding challenges such as insufficient filling of thin-wall parts, product warpage and poor weld lines.
The clamping structure features enhanced rigidity, stable cycle performance and low failure rate during continuous mass production, which significantly reduces material waste and maintenance costs. It is an excellent molding solution for large-scale production in artificial flower factories.
